Just over 1 day before we can say “dracarys” and ignite our Balerion engine! • To ensure Balerion hot-fires correctly, we’ll be running a cold-flow tomorrow to validate mass flow rates, temperatures, pressures, and more! For those of you who don’t know, a cold-flow is when we use inert propellants (LN2 and water) instead of live propellants (LOx and kerosene)! Check out our last Balerion cold-flow, above. • Stay up to date on details about our live stream and hot-fire by following us here on Instagram • #Balerion #TheBlackDread #Dracarys #GoT #rocketry #liquidpropellant #cryo #USC #lpl #liquidpropulsionlab #space #adastra #hotfire #1daytogo #rockets #omegaengineering #hydra #jessie #james #teamrocket #preparefortrouble
